Drain Cleaning, Sewer Camera and Jet Service
Camera-verified drain cleaning and sewer jetting for homes and businesses across Spring, TX and the greater Houston area, with a yearly inspection to keep it that way.
Chapter 01
Why the drain clogged
A drain that backs up over and over usually has a real cause behind it, not just bad luck. Tree roots working into an aging line, debris that built up over months, or the ground itself moving or settling around the pipe are the most common reasons a drain in Spring, TX keeps clogging no matter how many times it gets snaked.
Some of it is preventable from inside the house. Grease and coffee grounds poured down the sink are two of the biggest contributors we see, so keeping both out of the drain does more than any product you can buy. Drain catchers in showers and sinks catch hair and debris before it becomes a clog further down the line, and in the toilet, toilet paper should be the only thing that goes in. A mix of baking soda and vinegar run through a slow drain now and then helps keep it clear between visits.
None of that fixes roots or a settled line, though. When the clog keeps coming back in the same spot no matter what goes down the drain, that's a sign the problem is in the pipe itself, not the habits around it, and it's worth having someone look at what's actually happening underground before it becomes a bigger repair.

Camera first, then the jet
We run a sewer camera through the line before we jet it, because jetting the wrong section of pipe wastes a service call and can push debris further into a spot that's already struggling. The camera shows us exactly where the line narrows, where roots have broken through, and whether the pipe has settled or shifted, so the jet goes where the actual problem is instead of just clearing the nearest few feet.
Once we know what we're dealing with, the jet does the real work: high-pressure water that scours the inside of the pipe clean rather than just punching a hole through the clog the way a snake does. For a full sewer stoppage, that combination, camera first, then jet, is usually the difference between a fix that holds and one that's back in a month.
Chapter 03
Keeping it clear after we leave
A line that's been jetted clean doesn't stay that way forever on its own, especially if roots or ground movement caused the original problem. We recommend a yearly inspection to catch small issues, a hairline root intrusion, a section starting to settle, before they turn into another full stoppage. It's a short visit compared to the alternative.
